I love to use up every last bit of chicken, so using these bones to make a comforting and nourishing chicken soup is the best. The roasting and seasoning from the chicken adds a lovely flavor when you boil up the bones to make the broth.Â

This recipe is best made in a pressure cooker like an Instapot. If you don’t have a pressure cooker don’t worry! Just allow the soup to simmer in a regular pot for 3.5 to 4 hours.
