SMOKEY RED

A hand crafted blend of spices and aromatics including smoked paprika, turmeric, tamarind and roasted garlic come together in a smokey and savory experience. It's that juicy backyard chicken slowly dripping over a crackling wood fire.

Ingredients: Heirloom chicken, olive oil, water, roasted garlic, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol), salt, yellow mustard (vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika, clove), red wine vinegar, spices, vinegar powder, corn starch, rosemary extract.

EUREKA LEMON & HERB

Bright yellow lemons, pungent herbs de Provence and fresh rosemary. This bold and vibrant chicken is full of sun kissed Mediterranean vibes. 

Ingredients: Heirloom chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, orange juice, dijon mustard (distilled vinegar, water, #1 mustard seed, sea salt, white wine, cane sugar, spices, turmeric), roasted garlic, salt, honey, spices, vinegar powder, corn starch, rosemary extract.

SPICY BOMBA 

Inspired by Southern Italy, Calabrian chilis give this chicken its flavorful punch. It's a little spicy, a little sweet with just the right amount of roasted garlic and fresh herbs.

Ingredients: Heirloom chicken, onion, olive oil, water, roasted garlic, tomato paste, calabrian chili (chili peppers, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar), salt, anchovy paste (anchovies, olive oil, salt), spices, vinegar powder, corn starch, rosemary extract. Contains fish (anchovies).


** All marinades are gluten free.

Spatchcocks cook in around 35-40 minutes in an oven set to 425F (if you’ve got it, use convection).

Breasts cook for about 4-7 minutes each side in an oven set to broil.

Chicken ships frozen and may thaw slightly in transit. Be sure to refrigerate or freeze your chicken as soon as it arrives.
