Ingredients:
1 package smokey red chicken breast
2 cups plus ½ cup bbq sauce
1 package Kings Hawaiian slider buns or other favorite bun
1 pint coleslaw from the grocery deli counter
1 jar bread and butter pickles
1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. In a medium pot combine the chicken and all marinade with 2 cups of bbq sauce. Place a lid on the pot and cook on medium-low heat until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
2. Once the chicken is cooked, remove to a bowl and shred with 2 forks.
3. Mix the mayonnaise with the remaining ½ cup of bbq sauce and set aside.
4. Cut the slider buns in half and spread some mayo sauce on each side.
5. Place a generous amount of pulled chicken on the bottom half of the buns. Top with coleslaw and a few pickle slices and the bun top. Place the pulled chicken sliders on a platter and enjoy.
